Eldris Despaigne, MBA has a diverse work experience spanning over 16 years. Eldris began their career as an Urban Everglades Outreach Specialist at the National Audubon Society in 2003. They then worked as a Summer Analyst at BBVA in 2004, followed by similar roles at Citi in 2006, 2007, and 2008. In 2009, Eldris joined National Group Insurance Company as a Staff Accountant. Moving forward, they took on the role of Accounting Manager at NextSource Biotechnology in 2015, simultaneously held a position as an Accounting Manager at Amatheon Pharmaceuticals until 2017, and finally served as an Assistant Controller at Tri-Source Pharma until 2019. Since then, Eldris has been working as the Director of Finance at Tri-Source Pharma.

Eldris Despaigne, MBA has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of Miami Herbert Business School. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Accounting from the University of Miami. Additionally, Eldris has earned certifications in IMA Data Analytics & Visualization Fundamentals and IMA FP&A from the IMA | Institute of Management Accountants in April 2020.
