Gus Mendonca

As a Senior Project Manager for Tri-Star Design Gus is responsible to ensure projects reach their business objectives, utilizing the required functional engineering disciplines,and are executed within the prescribed time frame and funding parameters. These are accomplished by providing effective communication within the technical team, client and contract manufacturers as well as facilitating the management of collaboration tools, weekly status meetings, project schedule management and budget tracking. Prior to joining Tri-Star Design Gus was a Senior Engineering Manager at Murata Power Solutions where he was responsible for day to day product development activities. In addition to this, Gus was the program manager for all new product projects from design to release to mass production. This included design, qualification and introduction to the contract manufacturers.
