John Forino

As a Senior Project Manager for Tri-Star Design John is responsible to ensure projects reach their business objectives, utilizing the required functional engineering disciplines, and are executed within the prescribed time frame and funding parameters. These are accomplished by providing effective communication within the technical team, client and contract manufacturers as well as facilitating the management of collaboration tools, weekly status meetings, project schedule management and budget tracking. Prior to joining Tri-Star Design John had worked extensively in software development on embedded systems, primarily in the networking space. He has many years’ experience in project lead and engineering manager roles and brings an excellent understanding of the software development product life cycle.
