Katherine Kerner

Katherine Kerner is the Chief Operating Officer at TRI-STAR TECHNOLOGIES, INC since May 2021 and has been a member of Chief since September 2023. Prior to these roles, Katherine had a distinguished career at Boeing from July 2004 to May 2021, serving as Senior Program Manager for Government Satellite Systems and Phantom Works, where notable accomplishments included leading the WGS F11 Program Integration Office and acting as value capture lead for Boeing/Millennium Space Systems. Katherine's experience also encompasses various positions in Advanced Systems and engineering and scientific roles in Lasers & Electro-Optical Systems. Katherine holds a Master’s degree in Optical Engineering from the University of Rochester and a Bachelor's degree in Engineering Physics/Applied Physics from the University of California, Berkeley.
