Justin Fedinec

Justin Fedinec is a seasoned professional in health and safety management with over two decades of experience in the coal mining industry. Currently serving as the Health and Safety Manager at Tri-State Generation and Transmission Association, Inc. since October 2022, Justin is also a board member of the Colorado Coal Mine Board of Examiners. Prior roles include significant positions at Trapper Mining Inc., where Justin advanced from Heavy Equipment Mechanic to Safety Engineer, ultimately becoming Safety & Electrical Superintendent. Additionally, Justin contributed as a board member on the Colorado Coal Mine Board of Examiners from December 2011 to July 2018 and worked with Peabody Energy at the Twentymile Coal Company in maintenance capacities from July 2001 to December 2009.
