Kym Clift is the current CEO at Tri-State Memorial Hospital, Inc. Kym has over 20 years of experience in the healthcare industry, working their way up from a manager position at Sterling Health Plans to their current role.

Prior to their current position, they served as the Vice President of Revenue Cycle at Samaritan Health Services, Tri-State Health, and Good Samaritan Regional Medical Center. Kym was also the VP of Revenue Cycle Management at Rural Metro.

Under their leadership, Tri-State Memorial Hospital has seen marked improvement in its financial performance and patient satisfaction scores. Kym is a strong advocate for quality patient care and ensuring that hospitals are fiscally responsible.

After receiving their Bachelors in Business from Western Washington University, Kym Clift pursued their MBA in Business from Colorado State University. Kym then went on to receive certification from the Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA) as a Certified Healthcare Financial Professional (CHFP). Kym also received certification from the HFMA as a FHFMA. Lastly, they received certification from the American College of Healthcare Executives as a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives (FACHE).
