Lauren Kaiser Phr

Lauren Kaiser, PHR, SHRM-SCP has extensive experience in human resources management. Lauren currently serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Tri-State Orthopaedic Surgeons, where they oversee the HR function and is responsible for recruitment, payroll, policy development, employee relations, benefits, and compensation. Prior to this role, they worked as the Director of Human Resources at the same organization from August 2012 to July 2021. Before joining Tri-State Orthopaedic Surgeons, Lauren was an HR Manager at Methodist Hospital of Henderson, Kentucky from March 2009 to August 2012. Lauren also held the position of HR Business Partner at Fifth Third Bank from December 2007 to February 2009. Lauren began their career at FORUM Credit Union in June 2002 as a Corporate Recruiter, where they managed the recruiting function for the credit union and all branch locations. Their experience and expertise make their a valuable asset in the field of human resources.
