Chris brings a distinguished record of enterprise leadership and business success in the power generation and industrial equipment sectors to his role as CEO. An expert in building engaged, loyal teams capable of delivering faster, with more innovation, and greater benefit to business and customers, he has accelerated Tri Tool's performance through the power of people and unconventional ingenuity. He has strengthened the company's market position, improved customer relationships, launched new products, and transformed diverse stakeholders into invested partners.

Chris joins Tri Tool from Siemens where he had a long, successful career of growing different businesses while establishing strategic, long-term partnerships. Most recently Chris was involved in transitioning a $200 million Department of Defense Steam Turbine business to a leading defense contractor. Previously, he was a key global sales leader for Siemens Turbine-Generators, overseeing product teams in Germany, Brazil, and the United States, aligning cross-divisional sales strategies, and working with an extensive global manufacturing network to deliver over $165 million in revenue each year. Under his leadership, Siemens' Power and Gas division increased sales in North America by over 100%. In addition, Chris led the rapid growth of the Generator Service business in the Siemens Charlotte Energy Hub, greatly expanding his engineering and manufacturing proficiency.

Chris earned his Masters of Business Administration from the Crummer Graduate School of Business at Rollins College with an emphasis in international management. He obtained his undergraduate degree in information technology from the University of Central Florida.
