Ken Shirilla has a strong background in mechanical engineering, with experience spanning over several decades. Ken began their career in 1984 as a Mechanical Project Engineer at Triad Engineering. Following that, they worked at General Dynamics Land Systems as a Maintainability Engineer from 1985 to 1989. Ken then joined Ford Motor Company as a Senior Mechanical Engineer, where they worked for eight years. In 1997, Ken moved on to Lexmark, where they served as a Senior Mechanical Engineer until 2000.
