Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in General Business Administration from Michigan State University. Kimberly completed their high school education at Rochester High School. In addition to their formal education, Kimberly has obtained certifications in the field of Human Resources, including the SHRM-SCP from the Society for Human Resource Management in June 2015, and the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) from the HR Certification Institute in January 2013.
