Kimberly Skrinak

Kimberly Skrinak, SHRM-SCP has a strong background in human resources, with extensive experience in various organizations. Kimberly is currently the Director of Strategic Programs at Tria Federal, where they have been since 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Human Resources Generalist at Universal Consulting Services, LLC, a subsidiary of Tria Federal, from 2015 to 2023.

Before joining Tria Federal, Skrinak held the position of Human Resources Manager at Destination DC, a non-profit organization, from 2010 to 2014. Kimberly Skrinak, SHRM-SCP, earned a Master's degree in Human Resource Management from Marymount University, completing their studies from 1997 to 2000. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in General Business Administration from Michigan State University. Kimberly completed their high school education at Rochester High School. In addition to their formal education, Kimberly has obtained certifications in the field of Human Resources, including the SHRM-SCP from the Society for Human Resource Management in June 2015, and the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) from the HR Certification Institute in January 2013.
