Shalon Russell

Shalon Russell, MBA, is an accomplished healthcare leader with extensive experience in clinical and administrative operations within the orthopedic sector. Currently serving as the Senior Manager of Clinician Support Services at TRIA Orthopedics since July 2012, Shalon provides leadership in managing clinician support personnel and collaborates with various business operations including financial services and legal functions. Previous roles include overseeing the Orthopedic Call Center, managing a substantial expansion project, and founding the Workers' Compensation department at TRIA. Shalon’s earlier experience spans business development at Woodlake Medical Management and mortgage administration at Wells Fargo. An MBA graduate in Health Care Administration from Concordia University-St. Paul, Shalon also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Law, Criminology, and Deviance from the University of Minnesota.
