Katie Jordan

Katie Jordan has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Katie began their career as a Graduate Management Trainee at Enterprise Rent-A-Car in 2004, where they gained experience in customer service and business development. Katie then worked as a Consultant at Beresford Blake Thomas from 2005 to 2008, focusing on recruitment for permanent candidates. At Reed from 2008 to 2010, Katie served as a Senior Consultant, specializing in recruiting for the Engineering function. Katie then joined RTM in 2010 as a Delivery Lead, where they helped clients develop optimized talent strategies. Most recently, Katie worked as a Lead Account Manager at TRIA, a recruitment company they helped establish in 2015. Throughout their career, Katie has demonstrated a commitment to building lasting relationships and taking a collaborative approach to recruitment.

Katie Jordan attended the University of Portsmouth from 2001 to 2004, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (Honors) degree in Geographical Science.
