Erica L. Whiting

Erica L. Whiting, Psy.D., has extensive experience in the field of psychology and counseling. Currently serving as the REACH Clinical Director at New River Valley Community Services, Erica is highly involved in program development and expansion of crisis services for children and adolescents with developmental disabilities and mental health concerns. Throughout their career, Erica has provided therapy for a wide range of clients, taught various psychology courses at Radford University, and worked with mental health professionals as a Content Developer & EPPP Coach. With a Doctor of Psychology degree in Counseling Psychology, Erica is dedicated to promoting professional growth and providing education on trauma-informed care and evidence-based practices.
