Peter Hiddema

Peter Hiddema is the Founder and Principal of Common Outlook Consulting Inc., a position held since 2000, while also serving as an Independent Contractor for Vantage Partners and Triad Consulting Group since 1999. Notably, Peter was an External Faculty member at Cedep from 2005 to 2014 and a Visiting Professor at INSEAD in France and Singapore between 2009 and 2012, specializing in Negotiation Skills for MBA students. Previous experience includes consulting for Conflict Management, Inc. under the Harvard Negotiation Project and serving as an Institutional and Corporate Banker at Royal Bank of Canada. Peter holds an Executive Master's Degree in Consulting and Coaching for Change from INSEAD, an MBA in International Business from Queen's University, and an Honours Bachelor of Commerce in Finance and Marketing from McMaster University.
