Alexis Carpenter

Alexis Carpenter is a Chief Innovation Officer at Triad Growth Partners + AxNano. As a Chief Scientist, Alexis leads research on environmental issues affecting human health. Currently, Alexis is an Instructor at Duke University, co-teaching the Design Climate course and also serves as a Lecturing Fellow in the Innovation & Entrepreneurship Initiative, coaching student teams towards developing strategies for new ventures. With a background in chemistry, Alexis has worked on various research projects and has a PhD in Chemistry from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
