Sean Monaghan

Sean Monaghan is currently a Nursing Recruiter at Triage Staffing. Prior to this, they were a Technical Project Manager and Client Lead at CGI from May 2021 to October 2021. There, they were responsible for keeping projects on track to maintain on time delivery according to specifications. Sean also developed additional statements of work based on client discovery and need, captured all technical, personnel, and client requirements to ensure successful project outcomes, and contributed to the hiring and staffing of team members to fulfill project scope. Projects they worked on include architecture diagram modernization, application monitoring, and infrastructure management.

Before working at CGI, Sean was a Technical Solutions Engineer at TeleTracking from June 2016 to May 2021. In this role, they provided technical expertise and guidance in the development and implementation of TeleTracking solutions for customers. Sean also created technical documentation, presented to customers and prospects, and conducted training sessions on TeleTracking products.

Sean began their career as a Professional Services Consultant at Confluence in June 2006, where they were responsible for implementing Confluence software solutions at customer sites. Sean also provided customer training on Confluence products and conducted user group meetings. Sean left this role in January 2007 to pursue other opportunities.

Sean Monaghan has a Master of Business Administration from Youngstown State University, a BS from Kettering University, and various certifications from the Software AG, Project Management Institute, Federal Aviation Administration, and New Horizons Computer Learning Centers.

Sean Monaghan reports to Jason Sagehorn, Nursing Recruitment Manager. They are on a team with Micah Fannin - Nursing Recruiter, Maggie Brekke - Nursing Recruiter, and Meg Bianchi - Senior Nursing Recruiter.
