Hadil Es-Sbai

Hadil Es-Sbai has worked in the clinical research industry since 2001. Hadil began their career as a Clinical Research Associate (CRA) at ICON Clinical Research. Hadil then moved to Centocor in 2004, where they specialized in pulmonary diseases and acted as a Study Manager for a global phase II severe Asthma trial. In 2006, they became a Clinical Research Manager at Astellas Pharma Europe. In 2008, they joined Quintiles as a Quality Consultant and Global Clinical Team Lead. In 2010, they were Global Operations Study Leader at Grunenthal GmbH, Aachen, Germany. In 2014, they became Managing Director of Assign Benelux Development and CEO of CR2O. In 2018, they joined Triall as Executive Director, where they are working to enable a future of smarter, safer, and more-efficient clinical trials.

Hadil Es-Sbai completed a Bachelor's degree in Analytical Chemistry from Saxion University of Applied Sciences between 1996 and 1999. Hadil then went on to obtain a Masters degree in Analytical Chemistry from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam (VU Amsterdam) between 1999 and 2001.
