Rico Wing, CTP, MLO has over 15 years of experience in the financial industry. In 2022, they joined Rocket Mortgage as a Mortgage Loan Origin. Prior to that, they worked at Trialon Corporation from 2020 to 2021 as Manager, Quoting & Analytics and Financial Business Analyst. From 2014 to 2020, they were a Senior Manager FP&A at ABM Industries, where they introduced a new performance guarantee process, developed new KPI's, and approved new business pricing using ROI metrics. From 2011 to 2014, Rico was a Senior Financial Analyst at Kindercare Learning Centers, where they created a new Macro enabled Excel spreadsheet to track labor by classroom. From 2006 to 2011, they were a Senior Accountant/Financial Analyst at Arden Companies.

Rico Wing obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting and Finance from Walsh College between 2009 and 2011. In June 2019, they earned their Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) certification from the Association for Financial Professionals. Rico also holds a Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) license.
