Shane Deford

Shane Deford has worked in the field of vibration technology since 1997. Shane began their career at Delphi as a Vibration Technician and then moved on to Aptiv where they served as a Lead Vibration Technician from 2017. In 2018, they joined Trialon Corporation, where they have held several roles including Business Unit Director - Indiana, Director of Operations - Michigan, Indiana Lab Manager, and Senior Vibration Technician.

Shane Deford attended Ivy Tech Community College from 1987 to 1991, during which time they earned an Associate of Science degree in Electronics Technology.
