Taras Dauzhenka

Taras Dauzhenka is a Senior Scientist at TRIANA Biomedicines since January 2023, with a strong background in molecular docking and simulations. Previously, at Roivant Sciences from March 2021 to December 2022, Taras served as a Senior Investigator, focusing on the design and optimization of hetero-bifunctional degrader molecules. Prior to that, a Senior Investigator at Silicon Therapeutics in early 2021, Taras developed a molecular docking pipeline that significantly improved prediction accuracy of protein complex structures. Taras also held positions at The University of Kansas from 2014 to 2021, as an Associate Researcher and Postdoctoral Researcher, contributing to advancements in protein interaction modeling and software development. Earlier experience includes working as a mathematician at Simmakers Ltd. from 2012 to 2013. Taras holds a PhD in Condensed Matter and Materials Physics from Université Paul Sabatier Toulouse III, obtained between 2008 and 2011.
