Dr. Philipp Eggert

Dr. Philipp Eggert has extensive experience in the energy and finance sectors. Dr. Philipp began their career as a Consultant at d-fine GmbH in 2006 and worked there until 2008. Dr. Philipp then joined Vattenfall Energy Trading as a Senior Power Analyst from 2008 to 2010. After that, they worked at Gazprom Marketing & Trading as a Power Analyst from October to December 2010 and then as the Market Analyst Lead from 2011 to 2012. Dr. Eggert then moved on to Fulcrum Asset Management, where they served as a Portfolio Manager from 2012 to 2015. Currently, they are employed by Trianel GmbH, where they started as a Lead Analyst in January 2015 and is now the Head of Market Analysis.

Dr. Philipp Eggert has an extensive education history. Dr. Philipp completed their Vordiplom in Chemistry at Johannes Gutenberg University Mainz from 1995 to 1997. Following that, they pursued a Diplom in Chemistry at Freie Universität Berlin from 1997 to 2000. In 1999 and 2000, they studied Chemistry at Ecole Nationale Supérieure de Chimie de Montpellier. Later on, they obtained a PhD in Physics from Freie Universität Berlin from 2001 to 2005. Finally, they attended the University of Oxford from 2007 to 2010, where they earned a Master's degree in Mathematical Finance.
