Manfred Beissel has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Manfred started their career at Aachener & Münchener (Generali Group) in 1990 as a Specialist in Sales Organization. Manfred then moved on to Toyota Germany, where they held various roles including Specialist Dealer Network Development and Project Manager Dealer Development. In 2010, Beissel joined Lexus Germany as a Coordinator for Business Management. Manfred then transitioned to Snap-on Business Solutions, where they worked as a Consultant and later as a Senior Consultant. In 2014, they joined Snap-on Business Solutions GmbH as an Account Manager. Since 2014, Beissel has been working at Trianel GmbH, initially as a Coordinator for Corporate Development, Sales & Marketing. Manfred later assumed the role of Senior Business Manager Corporate Controlling and is currently serving as the Head of Sales Support & Sales Management.

Manfred Beissel attended FH Aachen University of Applied Sciences from 1987 to 1990. During this time, they obtained a degree in Dipl.-Betriebswirt FH with a specialization in Marketing and Organisation. In addition, they completed a University of Applied Science Diploma in 1990, which is equivalent to an MBA. This diploma focused on Marketing and Organisation, along with project management.
