Logan Sugarman, CFA has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Logan is currently the Founder and CEO of Refresh, a SAAS platform that enhances the employee experience for HR departments. Prior to that, Logan founded Blockchain Triangle and Balcony Partners LLC.

From 2017 to 2021, they served as the Managing Partner of Permanent Capital, a holding company and family office with interests in financial services, technology, and healthcare.

Earlier in their career, Logan worked as a Portfolio Manager at Midsummer Capital LLC and Swiss Re. Logan also served as a Senior Analyst at Kinyan Capital LLC and an Analyst at Exis Capital Management LLC.

Logan Sugarman, CFA, earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Economics, Psychology, and Computer Science from The Johns Hopkins University. Logan attended the university from 1996 to 2000. Prior to that, Logan completed their high school education at St. Paul Academy and Summit School from 1992 to 1996. Additionally, Logan obtained the Chartered Financial Analyst certification from CFA Society New York in September 2009.
