Josh Posey

Josh Posey has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Josh began their career as a Communications Intern at Beasley Broadcast Group in 2010. In 2011, they worked as a Production Manager at Feld Entertainment until 2015. During this time, they also served as a Whitewater Rafting Guide at the U.S. National Whitewater Center from 2013 to 2014. From 2014 to 2015, they worked as an Intel Experience Expert at Best Buy. In 2015, they transitioned to the role of an Assistant Manager at Mattress Firm, where they worked until 2018. From 2018 to 2020, they served as an Associate Recruiter at Synerfac Technical Staffing, followed by a role as a Healthcare Recruiter at Aerotek from 2020 to 2021. Most recently, they worked as a Healthcare Recruiter at Actalent Service from 2021 to 2023. Josh is currently employed as a Talent Acquisition Manager at Triangle Springs.

Josh Posey attended the University of North Carolina at Pembroke from 2007 to 2011, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Mass Communication/Media Studies.
