Prajakta Ranade

Prajakta Ranade is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and recruitment management. Currently serving as Manager of Talent Acquisition at Trianz since May 2021, Prajakta has previously held various roles including Assistant Manager and Recruitment Business Partner at the same company. Prior to this, Prajakta was Recruitment Delivery Head at Growel Softech Ltd and held significant responsibilities as Account Manager/Delivery Head at Pathfinder Management Consulting India Ltd. Earlier career experiences include Account Manager and Resource Manager at US International Technical Recruitment, along with expertise in wealth management for corporate accounts from a role at Financial Services. Academically, Prajakta holds a Master of Management Studies with MSc (Hons) in Mathematics from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, and has studied Talent Management and Human Resources Management at XLRI Jamshedpur.
