Niamh O'gorman is the current Head of Development & National Safeguarding Officer at Triathlon Ireland. Niamh has also worked as a Run Coach for Girls on the Run, a Supervisor for Runners Need, and a Massage Therapist for Westin Hotels & Resorts.

Niamh has always been passionate about helping others lead healthy and active lifestyles. Niamh became a Sports Therapist in 2012 and has since provided treatments such as sports massage, deep tissue massage, and injury assessment for their clients. In their current position at Triathlon Ireland, Niamh is responsible for developing and implementing policies and procedures to safeguard the welfare of participants in the sport of triathlon.

Niamh O'gorman has a professional certificate in governance from Sport Ireland, a diploma in sports law from the Law Society of Ireland, an MSc in sport and exercise management from University College Dublin, a BSc in sports therapy from the University of Bedfordshire, and a diploma in leisure management and fitness instruction from Sallynoggin College of Further Education.

They are on a team with Linda O'Connor - Finance Manager, Anna Grealish - Women in Sport and Youth Programme Lead, and Petra Mcfadden - High Performance Operations Manager. Their manager is Darren Coombes, Chief Executive Officer.
