Alan Martin has a strong background in sales, business development, and operations management. Alan began their career at U.S. Concrete as a Regional General Manager, where they received the Chairman's Employee of the Year award and successfully led integration efforts for two acquisitions. Alan then joined Ferrellgas as a General Manager, where they were responsible for improving customer service performance and implementing a new customer retention program. In their role as Regional Manager at Ferrellgas, Alan managed five district offices in North Carolina and had a strong focus on safety, budget management, and employee training. Following their time at Ferrellgas, Alan joined DCC Propane, LLC as a Sales and Marketing Specialist, where they worked on special projects. Alan then served as a District Operations Manager, achieving best-in-class safety metrics, project goals, and positive customer reviews. In their most recent role as a Regional Business Development Specialist, Alan focused on B2B and B2C sales growth, customer success management, and contract maintenance. Alan is skilled in contract negotiation, customer retention, and executing regional business plans.

Alan Martin attended Wichita State University from 1989 to 1992, where they obtained a Bachelor of General Studies degree. Alan'sdegree encompassed various fields of study, including Business Law, Economics, Marketing, and Sales.
