Riham Halawa has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Riham has held various roles in different companies.
From 2019 to the present, Riham has worked with Tribal as the Data & Support Ops. Director, responsible for managing data operations and providing support. Prior to this role, they were the Data Operations Senior Manager at Tribal from 2019 to 2021.
Before joining Tribal, Riham worked at AiNGEL Corp. as the Data Team Leader from 2017 to 2019, leading a team in data-related tasks.
From 2004 to 2011, Riham worked at MenaNet Communications S.A.E as the Client Relations Manager. In this role, they oversaw a team responsible for sales and after-sales services procedures and implemented company policies.
Prior to that, from 2000 to 2004, Riham was the Customer Care Manager at Yalla Powered By Biritish Telecom (Yalla Misr). Riham managed a support team, ensured high-level customer service, and handled hiring and target setting.
Riham's early career includes working as an Internet Developer at Cairo International Conference Center from 1998 to 2000, where they designed and implemented the content of the center's website. Riham also worked as a Freelance Web Designer at Color Promortions Egypt from 1998 to 1999.
Riham's earliest known role was as an Internet Publisher at ICL Middle East (Fujitsu) from 1996 to 1998.
Riham Halawa holds a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Computer Science from Ain Shams University. In addition, they have obtained various certifications including a Project Management Diploma from RITI in 2012, a Marketing Management Diploma from RITI in 2005, an Effective Communication Skills Course from LOGIC Management Consulting in 1998, a Managing People Course from LOGIC Management Consulting in 1998, and a Strategic Planning Course from LOGIC Management Consulting in 1998.
