Chloe Payne

Chloe Payne has been working in Human Resources for over 15 years. Chloe started their career as a Regional HR Adviser for Dimensions UK, where they were responsible for providing HR support to new business ventures. Chloe then moved on to Cambridge Assessment, where they worked as an HR Resourcing Manager. In their current role as Director of HR at Tribal Group, Chloe is responsible for all aspects of the HR function, including recruitment, employee relations, and training and development.
