Gail Carmelo

Gail Carmelo, CMA, is an accomplished finance executive currently serving as President and CEO of Tribal Software Philippines and Director of Global Business Services at Tribal Group since June 2023. Prior to this role, Gail held the position of Accounting Director at Conduent from January 2017 to January 2023, overseeing Record to Report processes within the Manila Finance Shared Services. Additionally, Gail served as Accounting Director and Senior Accounting Manager at Xerox between April 2010 and December 2016. Gail holds a Bachelor in Accountancy and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the Polytechnic University of the Philippines, earned between 1989 and 1993.
