Laura Collins-Downwind has a diverse work experience. Laura joined Tribal Tech, LLC in October 2020 in a role providing project support. Prior to that, they worked for the Sault Tribe Of Chippewa Indian from May 2003 to October 2020, where they served as the Supervisor of Traditional Medicine.

Laura Collins-Downwind pursued their Master's degree in MSA Health Administration from Central Michigan University. Laura commenced their studies in 2017, completing them in 2019.
