Pamela Gilman

Known for her legal expertise and passion for law, Ms. Gilman provides Tribalco with a broad range of company-wide legal support with a focus on contracts, acquisitions, compliance, international trade, and employment issues.

Ms. Gilman is a seasoned general counsel with over 20 years of legal experience with a primary focus on government contracting. Prior positions include serving as Vice President and General Counsel for VERSA Integrated Solutions and General Counsel for RS Information Systems, Inc. Ms. Gilman also worked in private practice for her own firm with a concentration on business transactions and government contracting.
