Rich Gigante has over 20 years of work experience in various roles and industries. Rich started their career as a QA Engineer at Photocircuits from 1998 to 2002. Rich then worked as a QA Engineer at SMSC from 2001 to 2005. In 2005, they joined ESPN and held several positions, including Director of Quality Assurance, Director of Business Operations, and Senior Director of Mobile Partnerships and Business Operations. During their time at ESPN, Gigante established the first digital QA team, expanded the team to include all digital products, and generated $80M of incremental revenue through mobile partnerships and strategic marketing. In 2013, they joined iHeartMedia as the Senior Director of Business and Partner Development, where they identified and developed strategic partnerships to accelerate the growth of the iHeartRadio digital business. Gigante introduced industry-first solutions and implemented programmatic solutions for display and video inventory on the iHeartRadio platform. Since 2015, Gigante has been working at TribalScale, initially as the VP - Head of Business Development and currently as the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO). In their current role, they oversee sales, marketing, and product management departments to drive growth and develop the company's brand internationally. Gigante focuses on creating strategic partnerships and launching innovative products across industries to build industry-leading digital products.
