Deborah Sanni is a strategic and mission-driven leader with extensive experience in operations, people management, and stakeholder engagement. As Associate Director at Tribe Network, they expanded operations into eight cities, scaled team capacity, and oversaw the disbursement of over $350K in funding to support Black entrepreneurs. Currently, Deborah serves as an Impact Investor at Spring Collective and a Council Member for Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada, while pursuing further education in Disability Management and Kinesiology at Dalhousie University.
