Boris van der Horst

Boris Van Der Horst is a seasoned professional in the security industry, currently serving as a co-owner at Ima projects since January 2024 and as a board member of the Bestuur bedrijventerrein Vitaal Loven. With a long-standing tenure as the owner of TRIBE Security since March 2005, Boris has led Intelligent Security, one of the leading companies in event and hospitality security in the Netherlands, emphasizing a personal approach and continuous skill development. Boris has also co-founded a security company in Austria catering to Dutch tourists in ski resorts since 2015. Active in professional organizations, Boris held the position of vice-chair and treasurer at the Dutch Association of Club and Event Security Organisations until January 2017 and is involved with Junior Kamer Hart van Brabant since 2016. Educationally, Boris holds a bachelor's degree in Economics and Sport from Speco and has extensive experience in teaching event security management at Hogeschool Zuyd.
