Hugo Silva

Hugo Silva is an accomplished sales leader with extensive experience in channel and direct sales across multiple regions, currently serving as Head of Direct Sales EMEA at Checkmk since June 2025. Previously, Silva held the position of Head of Sales at Teamwire from November 2023 to May 2025, where the focus was on becoming a leading communication platform for mobile workforces. Prior to that, Silva was Global Director Channel Sales at AnyDesk Software GmbH, developing a worldwide channel sales organization and launching a global partner program. At TeamViewer, Silva served as Channel Sales Manager, leading teams across EMEA and maintaining relationships with C-level executives. Early career experience includes a role as Electric Cable Assembler at EB Electronic. Hugo Silva is also pursuing an MBA in Business Administration and Management at thePower, expected to complete in March 2024.
