Rima Garsys

Rima Garsys has extensive experience in account management, operations, and creative event production. Starting as an Account Manager and later Senior Account Manager at The Backscratchers, Rima collaborated with prominent clients such as Unilever and Google, providing curated talent solutions and event hosting. As Co-Founder and Producer of Making London, Rima promoted the creative community through impactful conferences. In the role of Director of Operations at TRIBE7, Rima has played a critical role in setting company strategy and managing global supply chains. Additional experience includes positions at Vortic Art and Working Not Working, focusing on product management and talent acquisition, respectively. Rima holds a BA in Art History from Florida State University and a Master's in Culture, Policy, and Management from City University London.
