Jyotsna Changrani serves as a Clinical Consultant for Tribeca Companies and its portfolio companies, providing input on optimizing the patient experience and participating in research studies.

Jyotsna is a co-founder and Director of Healthcare Services at Meta Wellness, India. Meta Wellness is a preventive health company addressing lifestyle-based diseases with services currently reaching over 15,000 persons a year across 170 centers in India. Prior to Meta Wellness, Jyotsna was a faculty member at New York University School of Medicine for over a decade, where she secured extensive funding from the U.S. National Institutes of Health (NIH), New York City and State Departments of Health, and private foundations for her work. While in the U.S., she co-founded SimulTel Inc. to build the technology for an innovative medical interpreting solution for hospitals.

Jyotsna has served on several NIH committees and received awards from the National Cancer Institute. She has served as an advisor on health issues to the U.S. Department of State as part of its U.S.-India Strategic Dialogue. She has published her work in leading medical journals, including American Journal of Public Health, Journal of General Internal Medicine, and elsewhere.

Jyotsna completed her medical training from the University of Bombay and earned her Master of Public Health from Harvard University, where she received a prestigious scholarship.

Jyotsna is deeply committed to the welfare of stray animals in Mumbai and currently takes care of over 170 cats and dogs in her neighborhood.
