Sheila Lynne Bolda is an experienced Operations Director at Savannah College of Art and Design since October 2002, overseeing the operations of SCAD Theaters and Festivals with a focus on competition film programming and event management. As the lead film programmer for the SCAD Savannah Film Festival, Sheila curates and programs over 175 films from a vast selection while ensuring a diverse schedule for maximum exposure. Sheila also serves as a Festival Consultant for Bold A Productions and an Associate Shorts Programmer for the Tribeca Festival, where extensive film screening and recommendations are provided. Previously, as the Executive Director of the Sturges-Young Center for the Arts, Sheila managed event operations, fundraising, and programming. Educational credentials include a Master's Degree in Film/Cinema/Video Studies from Savannah College of Art and Design and a Bachelor's Degree in Technical Theater from Western Michigan University.
