Terry Kiefer, CMRP, has extensive experience in maintenance management within the food manufacturing industry, currently serving as Maintenance Manager at Tribeca Oven Inc. since January 2009. Key responsibilities include overseeing maintenance and facility repairs, ensuring OSHA and AIB compliance, and managing continuous improvement efforts. Prior to this, Terry held the same title at Ecce Panis Inc. from August 2002 to January 2009, focusing on maintenance activities in an automated artisan bread production environment. Terry's career began as a Mechanical Electrical Technician at Crayola from January 1981 to August 2002, where a strong foundation in equipment uptime and preventive maintenance was established. Education has been pursued at DeSales University and Penn State University Lehigh Valley.
