Pawel Gorski

Pawel Gorski is an experienced professional with a demonstrated history of working in the fields of sales enablement, training, coaching, advocacy, venture management, strategic marketing, business development, and organizational development.

In 2020, Pawel co-founded Tribee.vn, an employee-centric sales enablement platform, and became its CEO. Tribee increases sales and enhances the customer experience of companies which want to improve their customer-facing employees' motivation.

In 2019, Pawel was the Venture Managing Director at fram^. From 2015 to 2019, Pawel worked at iCare Benefits, where they held various roles, including Deputy Head B2B / Strategic Marketing, Head of Impact Partnerships, and Head Of Business Development. In this role, Pawel managed relationships with 20 key partners, secured $350,000 funding for awareness-raising campaigns, and developed an enterprise sales team from 4 to 17 members in the first year. Pawel also led the expansion of the iCare business to Thailand and developed a pipeline of 50+ corporate customers in the first year of expansion.

From 2014 to 2015, Pawel was the Business Development Lead at SSA Sports (XLE Group). In this role, they developed relationships with 10 top international schools in Ho Chi Minh City and created a strategic plan for SSA business development.

From 2010 to 2014, Pawel was involved with AIESEC Vietnam. Pawel held various roles, including Managing Director, Trainer, Director of Organisational Development, and General Manager (2011/12) / HR department head (2010/2011). In these roles, Pawel led a 10-member, 6-country executive team and oversaw a US$200,000 budget, expanded to a new local office, and designed and executed organization restructuring of all 6 local offices.

In 2010, Pawel was also a Speaker / Trainer / Coach. Pawel's topics included motivation, leadership & management, startups, social impact, personal & professional growth. Additionally, they were the Chair of UNICEF NextGen Vietnam, an initiative of UNICEF Vietnam aiming to engage young professionals in advocacy for children's rights.

From 2010 to 2011, Pawel was the General Manager (2011/12) / HR department head (2010/2011) at AIESEC University of Warsaw. In this role, they managed strategies, HR structure and members development, leading to a 105% increase in a number of leadership experiences provided to students and an increase in the financial reserves from 3.000 USD to 65.000 USD in net cash.

Pawel Gorski attended The Marketing Seminar in 2019, where they studied Marketing. Pawel also holds a Bachelor's degree in Interdisciplinary Economic-Managerial Studies from the University of Warsaw.
