Product and Operations Team

The Product and Operations Team at TribeHealth is responsible for managing the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of our care models and operational workflows. This team works collaboratively to ensure that our technology and processes seamlessly integrate with health systems and providers, optimizing patient engagement and outcomes. Key members include the Project Manager, who oversees project timelines and deliverables, the VP of Product, who guides the strategic vision of our offerings, the Partner Operations Manager, who ensures effective collaboration with our partners, and the VP of Care Management Operations, who focuses on optimizing care management practices. Together, they drive innovation and efficiency to deliver equitable support and success in value-based care.
