Rachel Chng

Rachel Chng is an Innovation Manager at Tribe. Rachel was previously a Policy and Planning at the Ministry of Culture, Community and Youth (MCCY) from September 2019 to September 2021. Prior to that, they were a Strategic Planning & Research Manager at the Supreme Court of Singapore from August 2017 to July 2019.

Rachel Chng has a Bachelor of Social Science with Honours in Sociology from the National University of Singapore. Rachel also has certification from Udemy in Ethereum Blockchain Developer with Solidity and from The Linux Foundation in Introduction to Hyperledger Blockchain Technologies. Additionally, they have a CS50 certification in Computer Science from Harvard University.
