Ricky Shepherd is an experienced technical professional with a diverse background in engineering and management. Currently serving as Technical Manager for Servitisation and Technology Integrator at Tribosonics since November 2016, Ricky has developed expertise in innovative technology solutions. Prior experience includes a role as Manufacturing Cell Leader at Kingfield Electronics Limited from April 2009 to November 2016, and Electronic Technician at Audionics from July 2006 to November 2008. Ricky began a career in engineering as an Installation Engineer at Bedford Rail & Site Services from April 2005 to April 2006, building a strong foundation in technical skills and leadership.
