Will Morton has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Will began as a Project Engineer Apprentice at Tribosonics in September 2016 and then transitioned to a role as a Trainee Engineer in August 2018, taking on responsibilities in workshop management, project management, and design. Will eventually became a qualified Engineer at Tribosonics, with expanded roles such as company-wide health and safety management, lead engineer for cutting-edge projects, and line management of apprentices. Will also worked as a Team Rider/Scooter Coach at ONBOARD SKATEPARK SHEFFIELD LTD., where they coached and mentored younger generations, organized competitions, and promoted the skate-park on social media. Additionally, they were a Level 1 Trampoline Coach at SIV The Health & Wellbeing Charity, where they taught trampoline part-time during the summer. Will Morton's current goal is to become a chartered engineer, and they are participating in a Monitored Personal Development Scheme to achieve this.
Will Morton's education history includes several qualifications in mechanical engineering and technical support. Will attended Silverdale School from 2011 to 2016, where they obtained their GCSEs in General Studies. In 2016, they enrolled at the AMRC Training Centre, where they completed a BTEC Level 3 in Technical Support and an NVQ Level 3 in Mechanical Manufacturing & Technical Support. Additionally, in the same year, they also achieved an NVQ Level 2 in Manual Turning, Manual Milling, and Hand Fitting, all related to Mechanical Engineering. From 2018 to 2021, Will studied at The University of Sheffield, where they pursued a Bachelor's Degree Apprenticeship in Mechanical Engineering.
