Mariana Rocha Bernardi

Phd Mariana Rocha Bernardi has extensive experience in both academia and the legal field. Currently serving as a Pesquisador at UCS - Universidade de Caxias do Sul since January 2018 and pursuing a doctorate in Philosophy, Mariana holds a master's degree in Philosophy with a focus on ethics. Simultaneously, Mariana acts as a Defensora dativa e curadora especial at the Tribunal Regional Federal da 4ª Região and has been a Defensora Dativa at the Tribunal de Justiça do RS since June 2017, providing legal representation in various cases. As an independent law consultant, Mariana also brings valuable expertise, having previously been a partner at Bernardi & Bolsoni Advogados, where the practice encompassed civil, labor, and information technology law. Education includes a Bachelor of Laws from UCS, post-graduate studies in Public Law, and specialization in Criminal Law and Procedure.
