Ferran Escayola

Ferran Escayola is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience, currently serving as a Partner and Co-Head of the US Desk at J&A Garrigues since November 1999. In addition, Ferran holds the position of Managing Partner at Garrigues USA, located in New York. Prior experience includes working as a Foreign Associate specializing in M&A-Private Equity at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom from September 2005 to July 2006. Ferran Escayola earned an LLM in Law from Harvard Law School and previously studied at Howard University School of Law, as well as obtaining a JD in Law from Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona.
