Erin Truesdell has a diverse work experience that spans various industries. Erin is currently working at Tribute Technology as the Operations Manager & Product Owner for Tribute Pay, where they oversee the day-to-day operations and product development of the Tribute Pay program. Erin is responsible for providing funeral homes with a suite of payment options that meet the needs of the families they serve.

Prior to their current role, Erin worked at FrontRunner Professional, starting as a Sales Assistant in 2017 and later becoming an Account Manager. As an Account Manager, they served as the primary business contact for funeral home clients, focusing on providing excellent customer service and representing client needs and goals within the organization.

Erin also worked as an Integration Specialist at FrontRunner Professional, where they collaborated closely with Bass-Mollett representatives and funeral home clients to provide time-saving technology solutions and exceptional customer service and support.

Before their time at FrontRunner Professional, Erin worked as an Occasional Teacher at the Limestone District School Board from 2011 to 2014 and at the HPEDSB - Hastings and Prince Edward District School Board from 2011 to 2014. Erin also gained teaching experience at Bayfield Homes and Treatment Centre in 2010.

Additionally, Erin worked as a Bridal Consultant at The Village Shoppe and Bridal Salon from 2009 to 2011.

Erin Truesdell's education history begins in 2005 when they attended Trent University. Erin completed a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in History and Geography, which they obtained in 2009. Following this, Erin enrolled at Queen's University in 2009 and pursued a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) degree in Secondary Education and Teaching, which they completed in 2010.

In addition to their formal education, Erin has obtained various certifications to enhance their professional skills. Erin received a Certificate of Qualification and Registration from the Ontario College of Teachers in June 2010. Erin also completed several continuing teacher education courses at Queen's University, including "Special Education - Part 1" in July 2010, "Librarianship, Part 1" in June 2011, "Guidance and Career Education - Part One" in December 2011, and "Special Education - Part 2" in August 2012.

Erin's commitment to continuous learning is evident from their recent certifications. In 2021, they obtained the "Jira Fundamentals" certification from Atlassian, and in 2022, they acquired multiple certifications through LinkedIn.
