Adam Stager

Founder & CEO at TRIC Robotics

Adam Stager is the founder and CEO of TRIC Robotics. Adam was previously a postdoctoral researcher at the University of Delaware, where they developed autonomous systems for in-field high-throughput phenotyping of braceroots in maize. Prior to that, they were a Manufacturing Processing Supervisor at L'Oréal, where they managed a team of twelve 1st shift processing employees, including processing scheduling and communication to packaging. Adam also led the decommission and transfer of processing equipment to Mexico. During their time at L'Oréal, they completed a summer internship, during which they communicated with a diverse union workforce to identify areas of improvement and critically analyze water and CO2 usage. Adam also interacted with numerous contractors to minimize project costs.

Adam Stager has a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering - Robotics from the University of Delaware. Adam also has a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Delaware.
