Filip Marszal has held various positions in the quality assurance field since 2001. ✰Filip began their career as a Supervisor for Parking Company of America in 2001, and then worked as an Office Assistant/Administrative Support for Hess-Verdon & Associates from 2003-2012. From 2012-2018, they worked as a Quality Assurance Technician, Senior Quality Assurance Technician, and Quality Assurance Specialist for OrthAlign, Inc. During 2018, they held two positions simultaneously: Quality System Specialist for Glaukos Corporation and Sr. Quality Assurance Specialist for Tenex Health. Most recently, in 2021, they were appointed Quality Assurance Manager for Trice Medical. In this role, they are responsible for managing and developing internal company quality system processes in accordance with regulatory standards, ISO 13485:2016, cGMP and various regulations around the world.

Filip Marszal obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of La Verne between 2014 and 2016. Prior to that, they obtained an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Irvine Valley College. Additionally, they have obtained various certifications, including a Lean Six Sigma White Belt Certification from The Council for Six Sigma Certification (CSSC) in 2022, a Project Management Foundations: Quality certification from LinkedIn in 2022, an EU MDR Auditor certification from Oriel STAT A MATRIX in 2020, an MDSAP Internal Audit Certification from Oriel STAT A MATRIX in 2019, a Lead Auditor ISO 13485:2016 Certification from SAE International in 2018, a RABSQA Lead Auditor Training for ISO 13485 from Oriel STAT A MATRIX in 2013, an Adult & Pediatric First Aid/CPR/AED Certification from the American Red Cross in 2016, and a Bloodborne Pathogens Training from ProTrainings.
